Bada Song is an interdisciplinary Korean artist based in London, UK who works with a combination of drawing, live performance, video, sound and photography. She makes minimal works that subtly unfold references to the Korean traditions as they undergo rapid modernization. Her works refer to traditional Korean tiled roofs now giving way to generic towering apartment blocks in Megacities like Seoul. Bada Song is the winner of the second Jerwood Drawing prize 2012.
